Graduate-level social work focusing on mental health counseling, psychotherapy, and direct clinical practice. Required for LCSW licensure.

Human Services

Community and social services. A general program covering the study and provision of human and social services to individuals and communities, preparing students to work in public and private agencies, with coursework in the social sciences, psychology, principles of social service, human services policy, planning and evaluation, and social services law and administration.

Human Services Administration

Focuses on managing nonprofit and government social service organizations. Combines social work principles with organizational management.

Marriage & Family Therapy

Prepares students to assess and treat relational and mental health issues within the context of couples, families, and interpersonal systems. Students study systems theory, evidence-based therapeutic models, family development, and clinical ethics. Graduates earn licensure as MFTs and work in private practice, community mental health centers, hospitals, and schools.

Mental Health Counseling

Mental health therapy and counseling. Prepares students to provide evaluations, referrals, and short-term counseling that help people prevent or work through personal problems, conflicts, and emotional crises, with coursework in human development, psychopathology, individual and group counseling, screening and referral, interviewing, and professional standards.

Psychology

Human behavior and mental health - the scientific study of individual and collective behavior, its physical and environmental bases, and the analysis and treatment of behavioral problems and disorders. Coursework introduces the major subfields of psychology along with research methods and psychological assessment and testing.
